Just a quick email to thank you for identifying the correct mechanism from the photo and sending so promptly. We have fitted this and the sofa is now reclining again! Will probably be back in touch when the other side of the sofa goes!! Such a relief to find your website as the shop I purchased the sofa from said they would come to repair this but after 4 phone calls I gave up on them!!

Hi the brake came this morning & i fitted it straight away - unbelievably fast delivery considering i ordered it around this time yesterday!! I had to call the mobile number on the front page of your website for some advice on the cable and the guy was great, really helpful.
 My mother relies on the chair rest and is so much more comfortable now it's fixed. Congratulations on having great service and product.
